Ryan was amazing and greeted me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot, he got me settled and helped as I was having car troubles. There was no pressure to buy a car, he went through options with me and gave me time to process all while making sure I had a way to get home that night. Ryan got me in a new Suburban and I LOVT IT! The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend Ryan!

We purchased our 2019 Traverse from Rosedale Chev 5yrs ago. We live approximately 25 miles south of the dealership. It takes about 35 mins to drive there from our home. We have done all our maintenance there since we purchased the vehicle including all the oil changes. We do this because our experience there has always been exemplary!!
Bought a used truck here 2014 model, brought it in for it's first oil change in my ownership "2800 miles" and they informed me it needed trans cooler lines, oil pan gasket, and a rear pinion seal for the differential. $2500 quote, zero offer to help cover the cost of repairs or anything to make it right. Worst part being when I was buying the vehicle it had a brand new service sticker in it as proof they disregarded the existing issues with it.

Had an electrical system problem which was fixed perfectly. However, my extended warranty contained an improper mileage expiration and my claim was rejected. But the effort put in by Roger Ratajczak, Jen Taylor, and Ray Zimmerma got the problem corrected. My thanks to all of them.

Traded in my Red 2019 Ford F350 in last week currently on the website. They are making $8,000.00 off of me, went over the blue book value of the ford and they low balled the heck out of me, the used truck I purchased the more I walk around it the more I find that is wrong with it that now I have to deal with. All over you to make the sale, try calling for warranty info after damage due to tailgate opening on it's own. Absolutely no interest or effort in trying to help. Would HIGHLY recommend another Chevrolet dealer!!!
Prompt service, not always the cheapest but everything is fixed right. Communicated well regarding when the vehicle would be ready.
Sean did a great job making sure that the part that was needed for repairing my vehicle was ordered and in stock. Then he scheduled the repair to be completed during my reoccurring oil change and service appt. Only needed to make one trip into the dealer.
Sean took good care of our Bolt and answered all our questions completely — treated us like valued customers with whom he wanted to share his enthusiasm and knowledge.
Like I said before ray defiantly takes of all my auto needs and he is also fair on pricing!

I wanted to own an EV and was researching options in an affordable price range. Two previously owned vehicles that I researched were the Chevy Bolt and the Nissan Leaf. I called Rosedale Chevrolet about a possible Bolt and was referred to a salesperson. Worked with Roger to get a Chevy Bolt EUV. Really knowledgeable about EVs, unlike other dealers. Car was coming from factory and Roger was great about keeping me informed of how the order was processing. When it arrived, he was great about showing all the features and gave me a lot of tips for getting all the tech setup (including OnStar).
They seem to be lying to customers with a low mileage car and then saying it is not available but it is still showing as available on their website

The salesman I had Joel sold me use piece of garbage and a warranty that s##ks, If I knew. Then what I know now I would’ve never purchased the extended warranty the car car is been broke down for a week and three days! The Service Dept. and especially Chris Duffy the manager are dishonest and tried to get me to pay for what should be a recall. Took my 2015 Silverado in for an AC problem. This leak is well known on the internet, by all the employees and the several hundred thousand plus owners of the several models that have had there vehicle serviced for the same AC leak. Horrible experience!! Do not go to this dealership. We went to buy a car after waiting all day to have car brought back from “extended test drive”, went to do purchase agreement was told it was sold and not from the person who had the test drive before us!! No I’m sorry, just first come first serve.
Bought new truck from Dewey and he made it quick seamless transaction and were in and out in less then 20 minutes with the 2021 3500 diesel. He has terrific follow through and aggressively searches for options when there’s minimal inventory!

I had a horrible experience at this dealership when I brought my 2015 Silverado with 61,000 miles on it there for service. I was recently one of the many customers without AC in my GM vehicle over the summer months, due to faulty condensers being installed from 2014-2018 in many models. I initially paid $180 for this dealership to diagnose what I told them was and they knew most likely was the reason I had no AC. Everything about the appointment went good right down to how long it would take. All there was to read was a paper that I read at home ,magazines that were of no interest to anyone in the area women's world for example NO sports or car or new vehciles, and no goodies to fight over,not a napkin to wipe your fingers . HOPE THIS BETTER next time

Ive never met a better crew of people. They do what they say and say what they do. Harry Pho researched the best deal on tires for me and got me in right away and they didnt even have the tires in and so he had them sent from another place and by the end of the day, he got everything done. Doug did a great job listening to us and getting us in the car that we wanted. He made sure the paperwork went smoothly and explained the different warranty options so we could choose the right one. A great experience over all.
Everything went well. Truck was well cleaned afterwards. I was asked any questions before hand if I had any special problems to be taken care of.

I am not mechanically “literate”, but I knew something was “not right” with my Cruze. My car started running rough and overheating. It was during the stretch of our heat wave and I just thought it was related. When the heat subsided and it continued to run hot, I stopped into the service department without an appointment. the service crew were very friendly and efficient and additional service beyond the oil change were performed such as tire rotation and spring checks such as coolant inspection. I also got to renew acquaintances with Jon who I bought my car from who now is the service manager. Jon is a true asset to Rosedale Chevrolet. Nice waiting area too, with treats provide. My service advisor, Matthew R Patkoff was friendly and efficient.
